About Paolo

Before a software and graphics expert, I consider myself a teacher. I love my job, which I carry out with passion and maximum dedication, because it allows me, in addition to a continuous deepening on my subjects, a real connection with people. For more than 10 years I have been working as a teacher in a corporate environment (training of work teams, in-depth and consultancy courses), scholastic and academic. The subjects I bring to the classroom are: Microsoft Excel and Office package programs; Presentation Skills with PowerPoint and Digital Visual Communication, to make your presentations effective from a communicative point of view; Graphics and in particular Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign ...; Web design with Dreamweaver, CMS like WordPress; programming languages such as VBA for Excel, HTML5 and CSS3; Optimization for search engines, Usability and User Experience for websites ... I am available for on-site courses at companies and individuals and courses via Skype. Availability of lessons in English and Spanish.

About the lesson

Depending on the course I studied, I use both a theoretical and a practical method with exercises based on case studies suited to the clients real workflow. For private courses I foresee an initial cognitive interview to understand the real needs of the client, so as to follow the program most closely related to the person. In the last few years I have also been able to prove the effectiveness of a first step in designing the course, in which to evaluate together with the participants the activities carried out on the job and the actual training needs, so as to set a program centered on their needs. In the case of multi-level courses, it could also be useful to use an entrance test for the division of the classrooms. For each of the proposed courses I can propose a number of hours and a program that make the lessons effective and functional to the request.

Details

The costs indicated vary according to the displacement and the subject required. Group courses have a discount in proportion to the number of participants (max 5 to ensure good effectiveness of the lesson). The VBA, HTML5 and CSS3 courses cost 30 euros. The company courses have a cost of 30 euros on Milan, 35 euros interland, 40 euros Lombardy, 50 euros other regions.
