I have a mentality open to knowledge, personal relationships and learning. I listen, respect and accompany each person according to their needs and interests. I consider learning and teaching as a link where aspects of knowledge come into play, as well as the fact that each person approaches knowledge in different ways. Learning and teaching are made possible through listening, from recognizing existing obstacles and working on them, and from knowing how to find forms and contents that are interesting and meaningful for each one.

Lucila es una profesora excelente para trabajar con las individualidades de las personas. Es súper intuitiva, observadora y atenta a las dificultades, para ayudar de la mejor manera, acorde a la personalidad de cada alumno.
Conozco a Lucila desde hace muchos años. Fuimos compañeras y también tuve la oportunidad de tenerla como profesora. Como compañeras y amigas, compartimos muchas charlas acerca de la docencia.
