About Clément
I am from the South-West of France, I did all my schooling there and I don't know any other language better than my own. Even though my main activity is cooking, I have started to write a book.
This will be my first experience as a teacher but I am really motivated by the fact that I can pass on my native language to others.
I think that each student is unique and the method must be adapted to his or her particularities.

I propose lessons that can take the form of conversations on a dedicated topic in French between the student and me, study of a text or of the student's work.
I will be able to adapt to different levels and from each student need. From a elementary level with a simple text to the study of a book in Old French with an experienced student.
As a chef, I will be able to deliver some french kitchen secret as well.
