About Tabatha
My name is Tabatha and I am an experienced Primary Teacher. I have worked with children from Kindergarten to Grade Three and my favourite subject to teach is English - reading and writing is the best!
I graduated from the University of Toronto with a major in English, which is why I think I love teaching the subject so much!
I have always loved working with children, even as early as in high school when I would volunteer with my aunt (who is also a teacher) in her classroom during my spare period.
I am often told by parents that their children love being in my classroom, and I know this because I strive to create a safe, comfortable and fun learning environment where every child feels welcome and accepted for who they are.

I specialize in teaching and offering support to children from Kindergarten-Grade 3 in reading, comprehension and writing.
I strive to vary my tutoring style to meet the learning needs of every individual student so each session will be a reflection of what your child is currently needing support with and how your child learns.
I also believe learning should be both informative and engaging, which is why I make every tutoring session a fun one that your child will look forward to attending!
