About Tahsin

I am a 3rd year biomedical science student at university. I have 13 GCSEs A-A* & BBB in A-level I am super passionate and believe with time and hard work anyone can strive for the best results I was head girl at my school and was very passionate in my education and my peers back in secondary and sixth form. I want to aspire to become a teacher and tutoring is my gateway into this profession. I have siblings and friends of friends that I have taught over the years and they have gone on to get great results in a short matter of time. If you would like tutoring in CHEMISTRY GCSE I am happy to discuss that with you too! If you would like tutoring in MATHS GCSE, my sister is currently a first year Med student at Imperial university and would be happy to teach! About the lesson

Online lessons delivered by Google handouts or Zoom (Or what suits you best) My lessons will be fast paced but extremely concise. Lessons will be planned to what suits my students best. For example spot tests? Worksheets? Exam questions? PowerPoints? Diagrams? 1st lesson: Discuss your goals - career wise, aims for the upcoming lessons by myself, your likes and dislikes etc. Questions that I’ll need to go over also include: - Do you need help with exam answer writing? - Do you find it difficult to answer questions? - Do you need help with going over content only? - What board are you studying? (GCSE & A-level) From then, each lesson will start off with content and quick fire questions along the way. Do not worry they will be simple recall questions to make sure you are still engaged in the lesson!! :D My main goal is to get content learnt like the back of your hand, this will be done through creating notes and constant active recall from previous sessions. Do not hesitate to tell me if you find the method of teaching I have chosen for you as not effective as I can reimagine and work with you to find the best way possible. When it comes to teaching I am very passionate and want best for my students!

Tahsin is such an amazing tutor, she makes it very easy for me to understand all the concepts and also has taught me how to answer exam questions properly. This has definitely helped me gains more marks in exams. Tahsin is also very patient and understanding, she allows me to take my time and repeats concepts many times in many different ways in order for me to grasp everything to the best of my abilities. I would not recommend anyone other than Tahsin!!
