About Liz

I am a classroom primary teacher of 30 years with a knowledge of all year levels and subjects. I went on to attain a Masters in Education and a Graduate Certificate in Research as I love learning. I am retired now and have time and a continued passion to work with primary students who desire to improve their skills. My passions are engagement in quality children's literature, through dramatical acting, oral speech and visual art. I can connect with students at my residence in Mudjimba or remotely on a Tuesday or Thursday during the day or remotely. Small groups are also a possiblity.

About the lesson

I believe a co-study of fun and inspiring literature with patient guidance and a passionate teacher is a basis for learning to engage with the text and elicit critical thinking skills for comprehension and for a foundation for creative writing.
