About Linzi
I have always had a passion for working with children and making a positive difference to their learning. I have recently completed my first year as a BA Primary Education student. My background includes working as an actor and workshop facilitator with Theatrino, a Theatre in Education company in Italy. This job involved teaching English to Primary and Secondary students through performing interactive shows and leading drama based language workshops. I have also worked as a drama teacher for Go Kids Scotland and I am currently working as a trainee workshop assistant for Scottish Youth Theatre.

I am an extremely patient, friendly and approachable tutor who enjoys working both one on one with pupils and in a group, helping children to achieve their individual goals. Because of my background in the performing arts, I like to take an active learning approach to my lessons. I find it extremely rewarding to see pupils grow in confidence and will always try my absolute hardest to get to know each child's needs and adopt the most effective lesson plans.
