As a result of my background in Secondary Education, my tutoring lessons are generally targeted from Grade 5 to Year 12.
My lessons typically go for 60-90 minutes and consist of a collaborative assessment of the student's homework and their areas of further improvement. This is followed by explicit teaching and investigation of new content and skills through structured examples and critical problem solving questions. My students are be required to complete at least 1 hour of homework, depending on the requirements for their year level, for each lesson.
