About Ming yu
I enjoy teaching and helping people understand something they previously did not, and I have considered a teaching career previously, hence why I am dipping my toes in this to try to learn how it is like being an educator. I will also be extremely patient with my students and I will never resort to shouting or showing anger towards my students.

For every new topic, I will first give my student a quick rundown and show a few question examples and the solutions to help give them an idea of the new topic before handing them their own problems/questions and allowing them to attempt it first before correcting them. I believe that this is the most efficient way to help them understand the logic behind the solutions and it will help them learn better. I would be confident in teaching primary and secondary school mathematics (ages 7-17). Although I have no prior experience as a tutor, I am confident in my abilities as I used to help my peers in school with their math problems and they always came out understanding it better.
