About Aanya Daftuar
Well, I just want to make people realise that Zumba can be extremely fun.I’ve done it all my school life and even now. I look at more as a dance or grooving session where we also attain some sort of fitness. Easy choreography which helps you get the perfect burn. If someone hates doing cardio they can surely add this in-place of cardio.

I will not be to hard. First only the beginners Zumba.They shall not feel they are doing Zumba rather should feel they are dancing or grooving. I have done various Zumba and followed various other Zumba instructors. Zumba can be fun if done in a tight way. I shall keep in mind the strength of my students and will try to push their limits with one step at a time.
