About Shashank

I am a passionate Mathematics educator with over 12 years of experience mentoring students for JEE Main and JEE Advanced. Having taught at reputed institutes such as FIITJEE, Allen, PW and Resonance , I have worked with students across a wide range of abilities—from those strengthening fundamentals to aspirants aiming for top ranks.
I also qualified the Regional Mathematics Olympiad (RMO), which reflects my strong foundation in mathematical thinking and problem-solving. My teaching philosophy is centered on helping students develop deep conceptual understanding rather than relying on memorization.
I enjoy working closely with motivated students and believe that personalized mentorship can make a significant difference in their confidence and performance. I mentor students from India, the UAE, the Gulf, and other countries, helping them achieve their academic goals through structured guidance and individual attention.

Preparing for JEE Main or JEE Advanced? I provide premium one-to-one online Mathematics mentorship for serious aspirants across India, the UAE, the Gulf, and worldwide.
With over 12 years of teaching experience, qualification in the Regional Mathematics Olympiad (RMO), and faculty experience at FIITJEE, Allen, PW and Resonance, I help students develop exceptional conceptual clarity, mathematical thinking, and advanced problem-solving skills required to excel in JEE.
My mentorship is designed for students already studying in leading coaching institutes as well as independent learners who seek personalized guidance beyond the classroom. Every session is tailored to the student's strengths and weaknesses, with a strong focus on concept building, advanced problem solving, previous years' questions, error analysis, and exam strategy.
I also mentor students pursuing rigorous school curricula such as CBSE, ISC, and IB Diploma Mathematics, wherever it complements their JEE preparation.
I work with a limited number of students to ensure individual attention, regular performance tracking, and continuous doubt support, helping every student reach their highest potential.
