About Victoria
I qualified with a BA (Hons) Art with History in 1998 and have worked as a freelance practising artist since then on a part time basis. I trained as a secondary Art and Design teacher although decided not to pursue this as a career. I have practical classroom teaching experience therefore in addition to studio time. My dissertation on the work of Mondrian was later published.

My own art methods are based largely around the creative use of mixed media and salvaged materials in some cases. Projects are planned with a specific aim or goal in mind from the outset and linked often to previous historical art influences or genres.
