About Bhavti

I am a student of Panjab University. I am first division passed out. I am practicing and also given a sound time for the preparation of judiciary. I want to share my knowledge in a way that I can help other students going through the dilemma of lacking clarity of concepts of law. Or any normal person lacking basic legal awareness. I have realized how important it is for graduates heading for practice in their careers to need to have sound clarity of concepts of the subjects they have taken. And also, even as a layman how important it is to know the basic law and become an aware citizen.

About the lesson

I am a practicing lawyer in criminal law in district courts. I will not only help you with the sound clarity of basics, but will also help you with the solid practical base. I will teach you from the perspective of a student as I have also been a sincere student. There are very peculiar things that are important for the detailed knowledge of a subject. I assure you to give that to you during the classes. I just expect your sincerity in the classes. Leave the rest to me. If after reading this you are considering even slightly to take my classes, then for more clarity let me ask you a very few basic questions: 1) Difference between Civil and Criminal laws. 2) Difference between codified and enactment dates? And why is it so important to know? 3) How do you think all the laws enacted way long back are still applicable? For example: Indian Penal Code, 1860 Indian Evidence Act, 1872 Well, these are just very few basic questions. I will be glad if you know the answers already, if not then consider taking my sessions once.
