About Yoga Vallabe YES
I'm YogaVallabe a recent graduate from The Gandhigram Rural Institute (Deemed University). Currently I'm pursuing BNYS. I have experience in a few different disciplines of yoga. For my first few years as an instructor at a studio, I taught classes in Hatha yoga. Yoga is essentially a spiritual discipline based on an extremely subtle science, which focuses on bringing harmony between mind and body. It is an art and scince of healthy living.
