About Dani
I am a positive, well-structured, bubbly and ambitious tutor who is curious about almost everything. I'm Scottish and live just outside London. I have itchy feet so spend a lot of time thinking about my next adventure and where that might be.

My lessons are aimed at college-aged students and upward.
Depending on students' specific requirements, I am flexible regarding the length of lesson time requested; however, I encourage 50 minutes minimum in order to reap the benefits of working together.
I am a law graduate who currently undertook my master's degree in London, specialising in Human Rights law.
I lead with a theory-based approach to academia where I believe great discussion is born to both critically analyse a legal case or argument. I can adapt to each student's way of learning in order to nurture their understanding of legal topics. I prefer to start with concept maps to outline the area of law students need help with; thereafter, we can look at the elements attached to that area. I can build academic reading lists for specific law modules if students wish to gain further reading on a certain topic. In addition, I can offer deeper dive questions to develop students' understanding of a legal case or academic source.
My experience is vast and multi-faceted. I have experience of shadowing barristers in court and chambers in London. I have worked on many mooting competitions and drafting arguments for them alongside legal peers. I have temped on lecturing and creating syllabus for university undergraduates for one academic year.
