About Silpa
I am Silpa V, post graduate student in Chemistry. And currently pursuing BEd.
I dont have any experience of teaching, so i am a fresher. That means I will be working hard to get a good experience and also students can use maximum to gain knowledge as i will be so flexible to them.

My passion is teaching. I will work wisely to deliever utmost content to the students effectively by checking previous knowledge and using appropriate learning techniques.
Apart from the exam based system of learning,a teacher should create a n interest or curiosity among students to go indepth in subjects, which helps to prevent rote memorization and to retain long term memory.
So,I would be a teacher, who will be a guide, philosopher and a friend too. Can clarify their doubts and provide motivation.
