About Huma
I am a native Urdu speaker, and have studied Urdu for 10 years. I was a software developer. But after finishing my masters in cognitive science and linguistics, I am now looking for PhD opportunities in the field of Philosophy. I have been an online Urdu/Hindi tutor for over 2 years now.

My knowledge of linguistics, philosophy of language and my love for Urdu literature contributes to my understanding of language and influences my teaching methodology profoundly.
I include the student's interest(may it be in poetry, movies, culture, politics, history, or any other field) in my lesson plan to increase the engagement level. And always plan my lessons keeping in my mind the individual learning style to maximize efficiency.
Teaching has been may passion for a very long time. If we start this endeavor together, you can expect me to be 100% invested in your learning.
