About Jack
Beginning as a tutor during my undergraduate degree at University College London, I went on to build a small business tutoring students from across the UK, Europe and the USA. I stepped away from tutoring for a little while to enjoy a career with the British Government, but returned as a director and senior tutor with a prestigious London-based educator.
I have worked with students at all stages of their journey through education and through life and, with a patient, tailored and flexible approach, hope to have left a positive mark on each of their academic and now professional lives.
My claim to fame in my home agency is having placed more students into Oxford and Cambridge science programmes than any other tutor!

I believe that, in hiring a tutor, you should receive a bespoke product. With this in mind, I like to spend a little time getting to know how a student learns and identifying any obstacles or frustrations they have encountered with traditional pedagogy.
From here, each session is unique. Whether that means a well planned field trip, a practice interview, a brainstorming session or just hitting the books, my intention is to make sure that each student take something valuable from the time we spend together.
I have fantastic experience in tutoring across the core sciences, mathematics and English, and in mentoring students through career and college selection. In all cases, my approach is to build core skills and confidence, and to help each individual to find their path to success.
