About Bilal Ahsan
I believe in being trustworthy and building trust by being professional, honest and encouraging my students all the time. I believe in treating students, colleagues and management with respect. Accepting that each individual is different. Using respectful language within and outside the portals of the institution.Being considerate to the feelings of others. Not hurting or threatening to hurt anyone. Not indulging in activities that may hinder the progress of my colleagues. Dealing peacefully with anger, protest or disagreement. Learning from the students, and encouraging learning through my teaching.

My teaching methods are student centered and I involve the students in my teaching. I believe in learning by doing. My Class structure is usually Medium-Length Lecture, Individual Activity, and Whole Class Discussion. A lecture that's more interactive, and involves discussions. I work as a facilitator.
