About Paras
Offering: Mental health, Psychology, Physiology, Science (Biology), Creative Writing, Academic Writing, Assessment/ Dissertation planning and proofreading Completed a PhD in Psycho-physiology focusing on the interaction between the brain and the heart and how this can impact mental health and wellbeing. I currently work in the Mental health services in the NHS where we are implementing a person-centred model, an approach that seeks to understand the individual and their experiences and how this can impact them. I believe using this model in teaching will help me understand you and help me select the best teaching methods allowing you to learn, understand and flourish. Using a variety of teaching methods can help stimulate different mechanisms allowing you to grasp complex processes.
