About Taís
I am a bilingual Early Childhood teacher and I work with languages valuing the culture of each speaker.
I learned English in an immersion environment and understood that the best way to learn a language is to be open to the culture that comes with it.
Learning is most meaningful when it comes from the student's interest, so I work supporting learning, without being the "knowledge holder", in my classes it's the student who shines.

I assume that the accent is uncontrollable, which gives more security and autonomy to the speaker.
I work with topics of interest to the student, adapting and creating teaching strategies that facilitate the learning process.
How do I start from the student's interest? I'll meet you first, if you like football, let's talk about football; if you want to talk about your work and specialize your Portuguese in your field, we will talk about your work; if you're interested in soap operas and entertainment, we'll talk about it...
That way, you learn Portuguese in a light and intuitive way!
The lessons can be carried out individually in pairs or trios, we will work on the needs of each student, with listening, writing, conversation and grammar in each class.
I have a degree in pedagogy and I have (and continue to develop) many teaching materials for children.
