About Nara
I have been giving lessons for the latter part of my secondary career and have gained a familiarity with teaching both bigger and smaller groups. I've had experience with being a teaching assistant for both History and Maths GCSE classes, as well as leading a Model United Nations group in preparation for conference. Taught mentees have improved up to 3 grades in GCSE and up to 2 grades in A Level.

My teaching methods are variable in technique, adapting to the student's unique needs. Lesson structures often base around the wishes of the student and their individual areas of improvement. Starting with a brief introduction to the topic, with a Q&A session and a series of exercises to be completed together. The student lays out which areas in the subject need to be revised and which require most attention. After which, I prepare the necessary materials for the duration of the lesson and any revision work the student may want. My focal aim is always to spark enjoyment and enthusiasm for the subject, which always leads to impressive results.
