About Jaci
I am in my third year of undergrad and will graduate in December of 2024. I enjoy playing golf, watching hockey and baseball, and spending time outdoors. I really enjoy getting to help people learn and understand history as I feel it is incredibly relevant in our everyday lives. I also like to make our lessons as practical as possible so that each and every student can somehow try and apply their knowledge to their everyday lives.

I like to get to know the students and how they best learn so that the lessons result in the best understanding for each student. A typical lesson plan would start with me seeing what the student already knows and what we need to work on. From there I would talk with them to see if they have any questions and if something does not make sense. What differentiates me from other tutors is that I take the time to get to know the student's hobbies and try to see if I can incorporate them into our lessons. These lessons would be for anyone from elementary to high school. My college emphasis is American history, but I am also proficient in World History.
