I met Bahar through a friend and she has been dedicated to her pole journey. She is very friendly, warm welcoming and encouraging when supporting me in getting my pole strength back and showing me different variations to previous moves I have learnt in the past, as well as some new moves. I would definitely recommend Bahar to anyone who wants to try pole on a 1-2-1 basis to help boost self confidence ️
