I have a trade background and a background in the oil and gas industry. After a serious hand injury I have begun to study the English language.

I plan my lessons based on my core belief that teaching and learning should be fun and practical. With this in mind, I aim to structure lessons around interesting and functional topics, whilst including the fundamentals of English.
Language lessons: Grammar and vocabulary.
Skills lessons: Reading, listening, speaking and writing.
Functional skills: Applying for a job, studying for an exam, filling out forms, how to tell the time using a 24 hour clock.
