About Ione
"Singing became my life during my academic studies, leading me to teach for 8 years. You might find that your voice has unique colors waiting for discovery. I incorporate microphone technique, exam preparation, and pitch control into our sessions.
Harmony singing, warm-up exercises, and head and chest voice are also part of my toolkit. Genre styling, including pop, classical, and musical theater, helps keep your practice interesting. Sight singing is another core skill I teach. I have guided many students through their musical growth."

"Strict technique is often misunderstood as the enemy of creative expression. You will find that balancing form and repertoire creates a stable path for your musical growth.
I provide recorded warm-up routines shared for daily home practice to support your progress. My 8 years of experience informs how I structure these 7 distinct phases of vocal development.
Holding an MMus Vocal Studies degree allows me to guide you through complex theory with ease. We will refine your sound while keeping the joy of performance at the center of our work. Your specific vocal goals will eventually define the music we choose to perform together."
