About Aimee
I am a passionate and experienced Piano tutor with 8 years of teaching and professional music experience. I teach piano to school and college students and truly enjoy helping learners grow through music. Teaching piano allows me to combine my love for music with my commitment to education.
Throughout my career, I have achieved important milestones, including helping beginners gain confidence and guiding students towards expressive and accurate playing. These experiences helped me understand that music education is not only about skills but also about motivation and self-belief.
My lessons focus on strong fundamentals such as posture, finger technique, rhythm, and music reading. I also introduce basic music theory so students understand the structure behind the music they play.
I believe piano learning helps students develop focus, patience, and emotional expression. Seeing students perform confidently and enjoy their progress is one of my greatest achievements.
My teaching style is patient, friendly, and flexible. I adjust lessons according to each student’s pace and goals. My aim is to inspire students to enjoy piano learning and continue their musical journey with confidence.

I approach piano teaching with a focus on personalised learning, mentorship, and real-world application. Clear communication is central to my lessons, so students always understand the concepts, techniques, and goals of each session.
I tailor my approach to each student’s learning style, making lessons interactive, engaging, and fun while ensuring steady progress.
I incorporate real-life examples and case studies to make learning relevant, such as exploring songs students love, studying classical masterpieces, and demonstrating how music applies to movies, media, and everyday life.
In addition to piano, I teach music theory, sight-reading, rhythm exercises, ear training, improvisation, and basic composition, giving students the skills to become versatile musicians.
My goal is to build technical proficiency, creative expression, and performance confidence while cultivating a lifelong passion for music.
