About Nathaniel
Before you take lessons let's give some foundation for our perspectives. YOU are the instrument! The piano is just the vehicle that translates what is inside of you, into sound. I help you, the instrument, manifest your true potential as a musician. ALL of us are instruments in some way. Think about our relationships with one another. You are the instrument in the relationship and the things you do are the vehicle in which the relationship is nourished. Think of my lessons as nourishment for your musical talent, and your musical talent is nourishment for your confidence and inspiration to others! Through this, think about the positive impact you could have on the world!

My teaching involves selected pieces of information from music theory, piano anatomy, songs, and reference sheets. My lesson plan is to get you started on day one. You'll learn some really interesting and easy concepts on how you can put together music that can be applied immediately and I'm with you every step of the way. If you only want to sing your favorite songs and play piano to them, you might only need one lesson. I approach the piano a little differently than other tutors. I get you improvising on day one! I teach beginners piano and some intermediate music theory concepts that beginners can understand. After a few lessons, the piano won't seem so confusing to look at!
