About Ellie
Dynamics, expression, and pedaling technique form the core of my musical instruction. I have taught 214 students over my 13 years of professional work.
My training includes a BMus from Berklee College of Music with a minor in piano. I balance classical repertoire with pop, contemporary styles, and jazz improvisation.
Memorization techniques and sight reading are central to the curriculum I provide. I enjoy helping players of all levels refine their chord voicing and general accompaniment skills. Please reach out if you would like to start your musical journey here.

Sometimes I find that students struggle most with basic rhythm patterns. I use my BMus background to bridge gaps in your understanding of complex music theory. We maintain a steady tempo to ensure you internalize the movements. Consistency matters.
I provide a progress tracker shared with parents every month to keep everyone informed. This helps us celebrate the small victories that build toward technical mastery. Feel free to send a message when you are ready to begin.
