Perfect! I started with Kiana with zero knowledge, not only in piano, but in music in general. I have never read music notes. We started through zoom classes and then moved to in-person ones. In about 8 classes, I am able to play simple songs, read notes, and play some chords too. She is a great teacher, so knowledgeable, and she starts with the basics and takes me step by step. Kiana observed my skills and tried to push me out of my limit, which works well with me!

Perfect! The first lesson was great - my son was super positive afterwards and has responded well in the lesson. There is some good focus on the technique (hand/body positioning) as well as the music and a good blend of keeping it light as well as learning.

I had doubts about whether lessons were worth it and so far I'm glad I decided to give it a go! She is very knowledgeable, methodical and organised, which has so far really helped structure and explain what I had previously learnt on my own. She is attentive to mistakes and provides ways to correct those while always remaining encouraging. She goes above and beyond, even sending typed out personalised notes after every lesson! I have no idea how she teaches kids but I can certainly recommend her to fellow adults!

Perfect! Kiana is great! She gets straight to the point and has a vast knowledge of exercises to pick from to help with many parts of the voice and singing. This is especially nice since she is able to change up the exercises so the lessons never get stale. I have never sung before, so I needed a ton of help with pitch, breathing, etc. I feel like every lesson with Kiana I have a mini breakthrough and my voice keeps improving week after week. I'm always looking forward to the next lesson!

Perfect! Kiana is a phenomenal singing teacher. I am a guitarist/songwriter who has always felt hindered by my inability to sing (well). I felt that my lack of confidence in my vocal abilities always held me back as a musician and performer. Week by week, Kiana has been helping me gain that confidence by making me realize that I have what it takes to improve. Her exercises are always engaging, well-thought-out, and satisfying to complete. She is very patient and friendly, which makes the lessons fun and stress-free.
