About Joseph

I’m currently an undergraduate Physiotherapy student with a strong interest in sport, science, and helping others improve. Having recently completed my own GCSEs and A-levels, I understand the pressures students face and how much the right support can make a difference. I want to teach because I enjoy helping students gain confidence and finally understand topics that may have previously felt difficult. Alongside my studies I play rugby, which has strengthened my passion for sport and performance, and I aim to create relaxed, supportive lessons where students feel comfortable asking questions and developing skills that will help them succeed both in exams and beyond.

About the lesson

As a Physiotherapy undergraduate with a strong academic and sporting background, I offer GCSE PE tutoring designed to make both the theory and exam content clear and easy to understand. Having studied PE at A-level and played rugby, I bring real practical experience alongside up-to-date knowledge of the exam system.

My lessons focus on breaking down complex topics such as anatomy and physiology, training methods, and sports psychology into simple explanations that students can confidently apply in exams. Sessions include structured revision, exam-style questions, and techniques to improve written answers and maximise marks.

I aim to create a supportive and motivating environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and building confidence. Whether a student needs help understanding key concepts or preparing for exams, my goal is to help them improve performance and achieve their potential.
