About Eliza
My teaching approach in Physics is nurturing, personalised, and centred on helping students explore ideas through computation and simulation. I combine core physics concepts with computer modelling, data visualisation, numerical methods, and scientific programming basics. This approach makes learning more interactive and helps students see how theory becomes real.
I tailor each lesson to the student’s pace and goals. I start with clear explanations and then move into hands-on activities that build confidence step by step. We use tools like Python or MATLAB to model physical systems, test predictions, and visualise results.
I work especially well with students who enjoy research-style learning or have a strong interest in nuclear and computational physics. Through guided simulations, I help them deepen their understanding and think like problem-solvers. My sessions encourage curiosity, structured learning, and creative exploration.
The goal is to make physics engaging, practical, and enjoyable. Together, we transform equations into simulations and explore patterns hidden within data. With steady support and a collaborative learning style, I help students excel while celebrating their growing computational skills in physics.

I am a Physics tutor with over 8 years of experience and a Master’s degree in Physics (MPhys), with a strong focus on biophysics and the physics of living systems. My work involves helping students understand how physical laws shape biological processes at every scale. I have guided many biology students, pre-med learners, and curious minds who want to explore the physical underpinnings of life.
I specialise in explaining molecular motors, membrane transport, nerve impulses, and biomechanics in a clear and easy-to-follow way. These topics can feel complex, but I break them into simple, connected ideas that build real understanding. My lessons blend structured explanations with relatable biological examples.
I enjoy using diagrams, analogies, and step-by-step reasoning to help students see the beauty behind these systems.
