About James
I am a 3rd year Physics with Astrophysics student studying at Queen's University Belfast, previously studying in the Italian Alps with the European Southern Observatory. An interesting project I have worked on recently is the development of a model of the solar system in Python which I used to investigate Kirkwood gaps; the effect of Jupiter's gravitational field on the asteroid belt. I have previous experience tutoring dinghy sailing to large groups of students both out on the water and in the classroom.

I am studying Physics with James at university and have worked on many Python coding projects with him. James always explains difficult concepts in Python clearly and concisely, allowing you to develop skills quickly and efficiently. I recommend James as a tutor as he always helps me understand any Python questions I have and he is a fantastic person to study with!
He taught me everything I know about Python. Very good teaching style and excellent background knowledge. Would 100% recommend!
James has been a friend of mine for many years now and we have created and worked on many Python projects together. I can safely say that James has the knowledge and ability to help with any kind of Python help you may need, regardless of the context, and that’s also speaking from experience.
James has helped me grasp the fundamentals of ML in python. His use of mathematics is fantastic and if he could explain this concept I'm sure he can help greatly with the basics of python.
