About Arijeet
Hello! I’m currently pursuing my B.Sc. in Physics, an academic path where mathematics is the essential language I use every single day to solve complex, real-world problems. My deep immersion in advanced calculus, algebra, and geometry gives me a unique advantage as a tutor: I don’t just know how to solve high school math problems—I understand the core logic behind them, allowing me to explain concepts from the ground up.
I know firsthand how overwhelming the jump to high school mathematics can feel. I can bridge the gap between being a rigid authority figure and a peer, acting as a reliable mentor who makes math approachable, logical, and even enjoyable.

Math is often taught as a list of rules to memorize, but that is the fastest way to lose interest. My approach is built on conceptual intuition.
Teaching Techniques:
-I bridge the gap between abstract math and physical reality.
-I don’t just give you the answer. I guide you to the solution by asking the right questions, forcing you to develop the logical steps yourself.
-We start with the foundational concepts you already know and layer complexity only once you are comfortable. We never move forward until the base is rock solid.
#Typical Class Structure (60 Minutes)
My lessons are structured to ensure high engagement and immediate feedback:
1. Check-in & Review (10 min): We quickly address any pain points from previous sessions or tricky homework problems.
2. Concept Deep Dive: I explain the core topic of the day, using visual aids and real-world analogies to demystify the theory.
3. Guided Practice (25 min): We solve problems together. I provide "scaffolding"—starting by helping you through the steps and slowly pulling back as you gain confidence.
4. Wrap-Up (5 min): We summarize the "Big Picture" takeaways and set a specific, manageable goal for you to practice before our next meeting.
