About Soumit
What I understood from learning English, it's the only subject which if you are bound by the syllabus, you won't understand or learn anything. To learn English (or, any language) the three most important things are: reading, writing and hearing. Yes, read good books, read good authors. Understand how a sentence can be constructed and in how many ways. Write. Write essays, stories, poetry. It doesn't has to be good but it's a start. Until you write, you won't know your mistakes. And, learn from them when you do. Don't fear mistakes, my English teacher used to fill my notebook with his read ink but I kept on practicing. And, listen to good speakers in English. Watch good English movies, and see how they use words while speaking.
If you want to learn English, you will have to speak, walk, talk and eat in English. Thanks.

1. I will teach English. And, by saying 'English' I mean the whole thing, the language, the subject itself, and not just the syllabus. It's something far more important than just to complete the syllabus and get better scores. It's a practise! No, worries. I will surely complete and teach the intended syllabus.
