About James
I am a student studying physics at the University of Edinburgh, just having completed third year. I am a direct entry student, and so bypassed first year. Previously I have given tuition for IB maths, as well as for GCSE maths and GCSE physics, covering everything from Statistics and Calculus to Mechanics, so hopefully I will be able to help!

My lessons are aimed at anyone from GCSE up to A Level/IB. I typically start with determining the student's weaknesses. I then aim to improve how they handle the topic by walking them through questions and seeing how they approach a problem, showing them alternate methods or teaching new ones entirely. After covering one week's topic in full I proceed to look for another weak area to build upon.
