About Raelene
I earned a PhD in Experimental Physics and have spent 13 years helping students develop strong scientific foundations. My passion for Physics began through a fascination with understanding how natural phenomena can be explained through observation and reasoning. Over the years, teaching has become an opportunity to share that passion while supporting student success.
My approach combines clear instruction, flexibility, and encouragement. I believe students perform best when lessons are adapted to their individual needs and learning styles. Through practical examples, structured explanations, and thoughtful discussions, I help learners gain confidence while improving their understanding. Supporting long-term growth is an important part of my work as an educator.
Outside tutoring, I enjoy reading about scientific discoveries, technological advances, and developments in experimental research. These interests allow me to bring relevant and engaging examples into my lessons. Teaching Physics is rewarding because it allows me to inspire curiosity and critical thinking. Helping students achieve their goals and build confidence continues to motivate me every day.

My Physics lessons are designed to make scientific concepts easier to understand through logical explanations and practical connections. I teach topics such as mechanics, electricity, magnetism, thermodynamics, waves, optics, and modern physics using real-world examples and structured problem-solving techniques. Students learn not only how formulas work but also why physical principles behave the way they do. This helps build deeper understanding and stronger confidence.
Lessons are adjusted according to the learner’s level and objectives. Beginners focus on foundational concepts and basic calculations through guided practice. Intermediate learners improve analytical thinking and strengthen problem-solving skills through targeted exercises. Advanced students explore complex applications, scientific reasoning, and examination preparation. Regular feedback ensures that students continue progressing while addressing areas that need improvement.
I strive to create a learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring ideas. Curiosity is encouraged, and challenges are approached with patience and support. As understanding develops, students become more confident in tackling difficult scientific topics. My goal is to help learners view Physics as an accessible and rewarding subject.
