Mr Allen is a passionate and dedicated educator with a vast experience of working in both primary and secondary education- as teacher and leader- headteacher and principal. Mr Allen always creates a very welcoming and warm atmosphere for his colleagues and a very safe and stimulating learning environment for all students. Always setting high standards and making sure that all students’ needs are catered for and they are enabled to achieve their full potential. He is a reflective practitioner and has always impressed with his willingness to embrace new initiatives and strategies to promote learning- including distance e-learning. Very patient, kind and understanding- liked and respected by students, their parents and his colleagues. Great pleasure to work with and learn from him.
