About David
I am a research physicist with nearly 10 years of experience in teaching physics at the undergraduate level. Teaching is not currently an aspect of my full-time work but I sincerely enjoy the moment a new concept clicks for someone. My research work is in using sunlight to help drive chemical processes that can help reduce the negative impact of CO2 in the atmosphere.

I have taught physics to students at the Year 11 and 12 / undergraduate level for almost 10 years. This has also led to me teaching in mathematics and chemistry as well. My specialty is in teaching physics to engineering students. My approach to this is through building understanding through a problem one step at a time, and explore why a specific step is taken to help reach the solution. Doing this for 1 - 2 hours at a time is the best approach, as you need time to digest the problems.
