About Mitchell
I am a Physics Graduate from the University of Manchester who started their degree in September 2017 and finished in June 2020 with a BSc First Class Honours. In the past, I have helped teach GCSE Maths to struggling friends, helping them to achieve a grade B to get into their college of choice. More recently, I have taught Maths to friends up to an A-Level standard. Having completed a degree in Physics, I have a strong understanding in both Maths and Physics.

My approach to teaching is that Maths and Physics can be understood at all levels with appropriate explanation and the correct choice of words. These topics can often sound very daunting with all the fancy terminology; however, I firmly believe that there is always a simpler way of explaining things. I have struggled many times throughout my studies, so I have lots of advice for bettering your understanding and preparing to ace those exams. My number 1 tip would have to be to practise and do as many examples as you can. I centre my teaching philosophy around this to actively engage students with the content to solidify their understanding.
