About Katie
I’m a recent physics graduate with a passion for science communication. I find teaching really fulfilling, and want to work with young people to help them break into careers in STEM. A Levels can be daunting, and a helping hand goes a long way.
I’ve chosen to work as a tutor rather than continuing to teach within a school as it is important to me that my students get the individual support they need. Having mentored over 80 students in and out of classroom settings, I was shocked by how frequently student’s needs get lost in the school system. That’s why I want to work as an independent tutor, giving my all to my students and providing them with the best possible support.

Hi, my name is Katie and I’m starting out as an online tutor. Having worked as an Academic Tutor for a year in a college, I have decided to move my teaching online in order to better help my students.
