About Serena

My journey into Physics began with an interest in how theory translates into real-world systems. I earned a B.Sc in Engineering Physics, where I developed strong analytical and mathematical foundations. Over 7 years of teaching, I have supported learners in building confidence by turning abstract ideas into clear, logical understanding.

I value clarity, structure, and adaptability in my teaching. I adjust explanations to suit each learner’s thinking style, using diagrams, stepwise reasoning, and practical examples. I encourage questions and emphasize understanding over speed, creating a supportive learning environment.

Outside teaching, I stay engaged with applied physics topics and technical problem-solving. These experiences enrich my lessons and keep them grounded. Teaching Physics is fulfilling because I see students grow from uncertainty to confidence. Helping learners realize their capacity to understand complex ideas motivates my work deeply.

About the lesson

Physics feels approachable when learners can clearly trace how ideas connect and evolve. My lessons emphasize conceptual clarity by linking laws of nature to familiar experiences and measurable outcomes. I guide students through mechanics, energy systems, electricity, magnetism, and wave behavior using structured explanations that reduce confusion and build confidence. Each lesson is paced to allow reflection, questioning, and gradual mastery.

Students receive guidance suited to their learning stage. Beginners focus on understanding basic quantities, relationships, and graphical interpretation. Intermediate learners work through multi-step calculations, applied problems, and conceptual reasoning. Advanced learners refine derivations, exam techniques, accuracy, and problem presentation. Every lesson includes guided practice and feedback to ensure progress feels steady and manageable.

Physics also trains the mind to think calmly and logically. Learners develop patience, attention to detail, and confidence in problem-solving. Many begin to enjoy tackling challenges that once felt intimidating.
