About Ed
I love Maths and Physics, and I want to share what university taught me: how to learn from first principles and understand ideas well enough to apply them anywhere.
I got 4 A*s at A-level and nine grade 9s at GCSE, then studied Physics and Maths at Cambridge, so I know these specifications and exams well.
Two years of tutoring through widening-participation schemes has taught me to prepare properly, adapt to how each student thinks, and stay consistent week to week.

I teach from first principles: how to understand the fundamentals rather than just memorise them, which makes unfamiliar exam questions much easier to handle.
I teach GCSE and A-level students in Physics, Chemistry, Maths and Further Maths, and also offer Oxbridge preparation.
Sessions typically run 1 hour, with optional 90-minute sessions for exam periods or dense topics.
I earned my MSci and BA in Natural Sciences this year, ranking 4th in my cohort in my master's year. I've tutored A-level Maths and Sciences for two years through widening-participation schemes, alongside Oxbridge mock interviews, personal statement guidance and admissions test preparation.
