About Marcelo
Positive and engaging with eagerness to learn new things. A big fan of technology and scientific thinking who believes almost everything is possible through them.
I'm an education enthusiast with more than 8 years of teaching experience who loves the teacher-student interaction and helping others. During this time I have taught Physics and Maths to newcomers in the university, teenagers in high school and done private tutoring.
I am also a technology enthusiast. I have strong mathematical skills and I am well-seasoned in Python.
About my education, I have a MSc. in Physics, a BSc. in Physics, and a teaching license in Physics, all from the University of Brasília, Brazil. I also have a MSc. in Data Analytics from National College of Ireland, Dublin.
Since I moved to the UK I have been in touch with Functional Skills, GCSE and A-Level maths considering the Edexcel exam board. I currently work for Weston College as a Lecturer in Maths.
Besides all that, meeting new people, cultures, and hearing new perspectives is something I appreciate.
