I am a Practicing Metallurgist, 40 years experience in Industrial environment mainly in Product design and therefore have a better understanding of the Metallurgical variables, 10 years experience in teaching, have conducted multiple repeat training programs in India and the Middle East - In industries and outside through other training institutes.

For a typical group, I like to get the Attendee's pain points - what they do not understand and have to perform as a routine operation. I explain the theory behind to help them understand the process and the possible problems they face.

Details
I would prefer to conduct training programs in Pune city. If the student is local, I can visit his office. (Normally no residence is used as there are many distractions).
If there are more students, then a small training facility in a local Hotel is more effective.
The fees are charges accordingly.
