My rate has been formed under consideration of many factors: My resources - Full access to RWI phonics scheme which I have had training in, extensive in class experience and have built up my own collection of resources to provide private tuition. I have also spent time adapting these to suit online lessons. My bank of resources for maths and reading lessons which I have bought and made. My expertise- I lead reading in a UK primary school and qualified with the world leading University for Education - UCL's Institute of Education I am also completing a masters in Dyslexia at UCL to be a qualified specialist teacher for Dyslexia. This gives me a far greater understanding than most teachers in understanding how we learn to read, and ways to support learners. While I am working in a school and studying for another masters, I have limited availability for new students. With this in mind, online would be preferable, but there may be a possibility for face to face. I pay for business Zoom accounts to can provide high-quality lessons online, using a range of great add-ons which I have subscribed to and high-quality resources which I create online. Access to these resources and the time spent creating high-quality resources and lessons have all been incorporated in my pricing. Face to face classes may need discussions on price to account for location and expectations.
