About Rubin
I hold a B.A. in philosophy, as well as a certification in Asian Studies, from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Currently, I am raising funds to continue my education and finish a second undergraduate degree in psychology. Though I am new to tutoring I have worked with private tutors for all of my life, which has given me practical experience in successful methods of working one-on-one in a learning environment.

I can teach anyone of any age interested in these fields. Depending on the course of study, I can either help a student achieve a higher grade in a class they are taking or build a lesson structure unique to the student with respect to their area of interest. Students should expect to engage in discussion and analysis of the subject matter rather than being lectured to.

If a student lives outside of Brown Deer, WI, and wishes to receive at-home tutoring, a $5 charge will be added to compensate the cost of travel. Students must cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
