About Ben
My name is Ben, and like you I wished I had a little extra help at school. Not becuase I was unintelligent or a bad learner, but because the way some subjects where taught at school wasn’t quite right for me! I wish I had someone to talk to help fill in the gaps in my understanding so that I felt like I knew not only 'what' we where being taught but also the 'why'. It is only in recent years that I have come to understand much of the 'why' of core subjects, and I cant wait to help you understand that too. Together we can make the subject fun and interesting, and the grades will follow, I promise. It will not always be easy, and we will get frustrated, but together we can figure a way to the top results! See you soon.

The first lesson will be free and is dedicated to learning about the student and their understanding of and experience with the subject. After a discussion I will go through some basic problems to better discern the students ability, I love to get in contact with parents to better understand students before planning a program from there. My lessons would usually be an hour long but can be tailored to the students schedule and needs; for example, maybe it is the case that they learn better over shorted but more frequent sessions.
