About Aritra
I am an active researcher working on various aspects of theoretical and mathematical physics. In particular, I work on symplectic/contact geometry, group-theoretic techniques in classical and quantum physics, integrable systems, non-Hermitian systems, and open quantum systems.
Although I have been trained as a physicist, I have a firm grasp on mathematics due to my research interests which involve the use of various mathematical ideas from areas of pure mathematics.

My classes are 1-1 and in the online mode. I can teach various undergraduate-level courses such as analysis, abstract algebra, linear algebra, differential geometry, topology, differential equations, particle mechanics (both dynamics and statics), and fluid dynamics.
I can also teach symplectic geometry in the graduate level.
High school students and undergraduates with a keen interest in mathematics may get in touch.
