Cancellation policy: I completely understand that life happens and sometimes you need to cancel last minute. I'm generally pretty flexible, but multiple cancellations within 24 hours of meeting time will require full payment of missed session. (For emergencies, i.e. car accident, hospitalization, death in family, etc., cancellation policy does not apply.) No-shows will require full payment for missed session.

Late policy: Please try to be on time! Again, I completely understand being a few minutes late every once in a while, but please don't make it a habit. I will not extend your time if you are late, but still require full payment (for example, if we're meeting from 3-4 and you arrive at 3:10, we will still end at 4 but I will charge for a full hour).
